Olympic Rower Sara Hendershot was first introduced to strength training out of necessity — she was battling a long-term injury, and it wasn’t until she began correcting muscular imbalances through strength training that she finally became pain-free. Now that Sara is retired from professional racing, she works full-time as our Momentous Director of Marketing, and strength training continues to be a huge part of her life.
