The Strength Training Routine of NFL Tight End Kyle Rudolph

“The days of trying to put 500 pounds on my back and squat for one rep, those days are gone. At this point in my career, it’s much more about building functional strength. I work to get my body strong, but durable as well.” – Kyle Rudolph

Earlier this year, we were able to sit down with Minnesota Viking Tight End and Momentous Ambassador Kyle Rudolph to talk about the importance of strength. Strength is something that Kyle has worked to build his entire career, and without it, he wouldn’t be entering his 10th season in the NFL. While his off-season routine has changed a bit since we’re all currently training from home, his lessons, methods, and philosophy remain the same. Take a look at today’s video to see how Kyle has taken a thoughtful approach to building strength for the long haul.
