Sam Kavarsky is a cutting-edge human performance coach. For the past three seasons he was Director of Performance Nutrition with UCLA Football develop their Strength & Conditioning program while specifically designing and overseeing all aspects of the performance fueling program. Sam continually seeks out innovative performance protocols to reduce risk of injury and improve the performance of each individual.
Prior to his role with UCLA Football, Sam was the head football strength and conditioning coach at Springfield College where he created and managed all components of the physical preparation process. Sam was also responsible for the Springfield College Athletics Sports Nutrition program which helped educate all athletes on proper fueling and recovery methods to enhance performance.
Most recently, Sam founded the human performance company Science Over Tradition which aims to optimize the training, fueling, and recovery process for elite working professionals. Beginning in 2019, Sam will be a Doctoral candidate at the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic Medicine where he will focus on combining his current knowledge base with an in-depth understanding of the musculoskeletal system.
